Ghost For Hire
is a sandbox game where you are the ghost haunting mortals!
This game was developed within 3 quarters of my last year of graduate school. Unlike the capstone project I did for my undergraduate degree during the COVID pandemic, I was able to physically work in the same room space as my groupmates.
I was the Lead Designer of the team with a focus on level design and gameplay design. For four levels, I have created grayboxes and top-down level design documents. The creation of ghost abilities and enemy AI Quirks were also stuff I have done to address the gameplay. Systematic factors such as the day/night cycle and player/AI metrics were also devised by me to implement structure into the game.
